John Anderson | “Bipolar and Psychedelics: Lessons from the Front Line”

This talk explores themes relating to Bipolar spectrum conditions, and the personal use of psilocybin mushrooms as adjunctive therapy for Bipolar. The talk is divided into three parts. In part 1 I explore definitions of Bipolar Spectrum dispositions, with reference to differing outcomes. In the second part I briefly explore aspects of my own personal journey using psychedelic mushrooms to manage Bipolar. In the final part of my talk I discuss some of professional reflections as an Integration therapist supporting clients with Bipolar Spectrum conditions, and conclude by looking to the future of how as a community of psychedelic practitioners, we can support clients living with Bipolar.
